Personalized tumbler sales are final. Cancellations must be within the first 24 hours.

If there is an issue with your tumbler please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. If the tumbler is damaged or a mistake was made by me you will need to ship it back within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping times are an estimate. Most of the time tumblers are shipped before the estimated date. Others are not, due to availability of materials.
